Damien Taylor, a chef with 25 years experience, noticed that provenance of ingredients is becoming more important to the consumer, at the same time as supply chains have become more complex and food fraud is at an all time high.
Results
In collaboration with ChefChain, we created the Blockchain Burger to showcase the power of traceability for chefs. Customers can scan a QR code to see the full journey of all the burger's ingredients.
